Hey Areba, Some of us have been using the same equipments locally to network our homes. If you need to see a sample lets arrange and will show some to you. regards, On Fri, Oct 9, 2009 at 5:54 PM, Areba Collins <arebacollins@gmail.com>wrote:
While reading further about this issue of KPLC transmitting data over power lines, I come across this article.

which basically talks (and shows some cool images) of transmitting data domestically over power lines. Im just thinking, if someone moneyed enough got these things en masse, and marketed them affordably, wouldnt they be a good substitute to the whole "networking" charade for many homes and offices?
Where im i getting this wrong? _______________________________________________ Skunkworks mailing list Skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks ------------ Skunkworks Rules http://my.co.ke/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=94 ------------ Other services @ http://my.co.ke Other lists ------------- Announce: http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/skunkworks-announce Science: http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/science kazi: http://lists.my.co.ke/cgi-bin/mailman/admin/kazi/general
