
in regards to the above, i had read a very interesting article on this forum about KIXP by a gentleman (cant remember his name)who said he was one of the founders of KICTANET and the KIXP,, and from my relatively layman point of understanding, if we had our local sites routed through KIXP, we wouldnt be having this problem accessing local sites, correct me if im wrong by the way!my question is, would we be experiencing slow speeds when accessing sites for local companies routed through other exchange points outside the country or would it be faster if the sites were routed through KIXP.or rather...would the fibre cut affect local traffic if the KIXP was utilized for the local traffic? -- It is difficult to see the picture when you are inside of the frame
