1.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities
·
User
support and training on functional areas of business/operations support and ERP
systems
·
Gathering
of system user requirement and translating them into business requirement
specifications
·
System
analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance cycle
·
System
and database user and role management
·
Master
data and transactional data maintenance. Ensuring business data completeness,
consistency, integrity and relationship
·
Report
and document template creation.
·
Ensuring
business continuity preparedness by ensuring proper and regular backup of
system and user data
·
Identifying
opportunities and championing for business process automation
·
Evaluating
customer requirements and compiling comprehensive technical and commercial
proposals
·
Coordinating
customer projects from technical and commercial feasibility to proposal writing
to order management and delivery
·
Ensuring
proper record management for the full bid cycle
2.
Minimum
Qualifications:
·
B
Sc. Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
·
At
least two year working experience in a busy systems environment
·
Excellent
data analysis and report creation skills (Excel, Crystal Reports or other)
·
System
analysis, design and modeling skills
·
RDBMS
qualifications and skills (Oracle, MS SQL, MySql)
·
Knowledge
of operations/business support systems and ERPs
3.
Additional
Desirable skills/qualifications
·
NetSuite
experience as user and/or administrator
·
System
development skills in 4GL (Java, .NET, C/C++ etc)
·
Finance/Accounting
qualification
·
Business
process design, analysis, optimizing and simplification experience
