A good option (Depending on what you are selling) is 2Checkout ( www.2co.com) which accepts most of the major payment options (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Diners etc) and costs only $49 to setup and its very easy to intergrate into any shopping system, infact, most of the industry standard shopping carts already have the 2co module.
