@Dennis, will take this with you offlist. The same way that others think they are too smart to deny knowledge or have decent discussions with others, I'm going to deprive every single one of them of this and other knowledge too. Infact one of my resolution next year is to ban the words "code/developers/innovation/creativity" entirely from my writing. I'll be intouch with you directly asap.
