Yes, that what was the thread implied, and somehow, after implementation, havent seen much issues with yahoo "throttling", though it also hasn;t been that long since implementation.

It would seem to imply that the "throttling" is only applied to domains which haven't published SPF records and haven't implemented DKIM?
