Have been working on similar thing for sometimes.Now we are in coding session.

I am sure we would differ very much in our philosophy and business model.So its obvious we are by far useless in your project.But I suggest this....Since MifoX(JAVA) is out there and well, very matured web app,you can build a plug in for self service on top of it.
