contact yahoo...believe it or not your friend gave away his/her password(they were asked to confirm it coz yahoo is aparently checking who are still using their accounts) and they went in to his/her mail and changed it. He tried to open his mail and the password was being rejected, He went to forget password option and was asked secret question which he remembers very well and was rejected what else can be done to access this email account again?
