
Why not just connect the TV's headphone outlet to the laptop's mic inlet (using one of those dual jack aux cables) and hit record on the whatever sound recording app you have in your laptop? I think windows still comes with the recorder app. -Billy 2012/4/18 <mwangy@gmail.com>
You could get one of those usb dvb TV decoders and record directly from digital TV. They are quite cheap about 2k. Sent from my BlackBerry® smartphone from Orange Kenya.
