I have just had several calls to Airtel Customer Care. Since today morning, I was not able to make calls from my postpaid line - and I am paid up in advance, such that when they send their e-Invoice, it reads ZERO. After several hours waiting, my line is now restored and I can call. However this makes me ask myself whether Airtel has got the right systems to manage their customers. I have a hunch it's easy to make millions if someone knows their game - playing with their systems! On 17 July 2013 12:18, Grace Mutung'u (Bomu) <nmutungu@gmail.com> wrote:
I am sorry to make a public complaint here but I am barred from using my Airtel line reason given is that it has been three months since I loaded airtime via scratchcard.
Mark you I have sufficient credit that I bought from Airtel Money. And to think that the same company spam calls me at least once a day and spams my inbox with offers, yet they cannot use the same technology to activate my line?
Is there anyone from Airtel here? -- Grace L.N. Mutung'u (Bomu) Kenya Skype: gracebomu Twitter: @Bomu Website: http://www.diplointernetgovernance.org/profile/GraceMutungu
