And Orange are selling an iPhone 3G without a 3G network, and I don't even think they are working on one. And to pay around USD 1000 for an iPhone that is now going for USD 149 in the US is just a big joke. This product whould have been very good for Safaricom but I guess Safaricom was then busy selling Kabambe or whatever it is they call it. Guys,
The iphone 3g is kshs 7200 in the US while the new one is going for 16000 kshs for 16 MB or 24000 for 32 MB Model.
Is a shame that Orange is ripping us off selling it at 65000 kshs for the prepaid service. What a joke. I think they have an excellent product to rein in a critical mass of tech savvy urbanites if only they could sell the phone at cost, people would move to the Network.
What are your thoughts.
