LI also involves collection of XY information of the target, which realtime or near realtime based on triangulation and who they are communicating with. Most LI systems will also be able to capture SSGN and SGSN sessions information for IM check out www.nice.com or www.verint.com. It is my belief that KIXP is included in LI, could be wrong.
