They are good but depends on what specifically you are using them for. If you hosting your server with them they are good. Minimal downtime and have very good customer service. I would in fact give their customer service 5 stars. In terms of internet on remote sites they use WIMAX but I have been seeing their guys around the city laying down fibre optics so I’d say they are improving on internet to. We are currently using them for our server hosting and internet since they give this as a packaged deal. If you host your server with them I recommend using your own switch and router, they charge…in dollars!!!...for network related services like VPNs.
