What the website mainly lacks is a “tourism Theme”…. The best example is Magical kenya website

The footer too isn’t looking good

Remove the many boxes and make the experience smooth.

The quality of photos too isn’t good. Talk to some hotel e.s serena and Sarova who will gdladly give you a CD full of amazing photos for the website

In summary, the website needs a Touristy theme….its Kenya TOURISM….
