Hi? Is there any of the above on skunkworks? I witnessed a very crazy incident at one branch yesterday. There was this lady infront of me and after her shopping had been calculated she removed a voucher which was accepted but LO !!! she was told she had to spend the whole amount.... A commotion ensued and I wondered what was going on.....her shopping looked like less 1k....then I saw the voucher 5,000/=!! The Manger came in and she was told she had to spend the whole amount immediately or she forfeits the balance. Her bill was 980/= She was even told they dont sell AIRTIME !!! Now in this era and from experience from Nakumatt & possibly Uchumi...they give out credit reciepts with which you are given 15-30 days to spend it.....(bright idea) this keeps you coming back....... Can TUSKYS ICT team style up !!!! Comments please....coz as for me they just lost a customer after that incident ...... Alvin
