Why blame the government for Heaven's sake?
He who pays the piper, plays the tune, and therefore when one goes for
cheap things because they wanted to 'save big', then they've got no
one else, but themselves to blame.
The government isn't a person, as such, and whatever blame we want to
level against this group, should be soberly done.
AFAIK, when someone fails to show you their office, run and don't look
behind. It's like when a man wants to marry a girl and fails to show
her his home, then the girl need to know it's time to pack.
The only things I feel sorry for these people are loss of their child
(who was later found), loss of their vehicle, being raped (May the
offenders be hit by lightining) and injuries incurred on her husband
(again may the offenders rot in hell's fire).
Take caution when a random 'expert' approaches you for a service. I
learnt that when some dubious guy told me he has houses at Hurlingham
for an affordable fee only later to turn out to be a jail bird( at
least that's what he told me; before he was a military man based at
Kahawa Barracks) and before that a person who had dollars and wanted
them converted into cash at affordable rate. I regret getting involved
in these kinds of deals.
