I have even given Safaricom an alternative airtel number to reach the person but they insist they have to call this other Safcom phone for verification, which is okay.
Since all phone numbers are registered to the same person, can't Safaricom call the person on the alternative number and Airtel customer service to verify?
Safaricom may have a good intention but they shouldn't be this rigid insisting on SIM replacement!!
