- about a manifesto, I know several undergraduate students who can write a good and convincing manifesto for anything - secondly, you may be pro change, but the biggest change you need is to change the way guys outside Urban areas think and vote. As long as they think and vote as they have in the past, politicians will have a field day. Rem they are more in number, and politicians know how to exploit them. so your best bet is voter education for the masses
