If I was designing a network as in my diagram for a building/estate, I'd improve on it by simply adding a ip dslam and then allocating broadband options via the dslam ports. The diagram is a " corporate " domestic solution. In an estate or building where there are single users, dslam via authentication best way to go. Hii wireless ni nini? LOL! :-)
than the kawaida clients end up with today's internet speeds!
anyway, im more inclined to the open source cloud of wireless networks
around the city for the sole purpose of technology exchange. (and swapping BIG files).
