After posting my complaint to Access Kenya here, they sent me a team to my office who managed to troubleshoot my connection right to the office to our building switch and we discovered the problem was my wireless frequency colliding with another one nearby but all is well now. My Account Manager even personally introduced himself to me! I give credit where it is due and I say thank to the Access Kenya team for a commendable job!
