Read up on Samsung... Not based on a single individual. Same with HP/IBM/GE etc. These are all companies that are over 100 years old (save for HP). Yes. HP has a few issues. If it overcomes them it emerges stronger. Now. Kenya has to be thinking longer term. A nations outlook is not a quarter. Or a financial year. It's mainly generational. So we necessarily have to have a versatile institution that is not based on any one man, because in 2130, we have no idea what bad ideas can be propagated by leadership, but we are sure we can create institutions that transcend individual error.
