I bumped into this card while doing shopping there (I just hear about it though didnt have time to check), I applied, logged online, yea, I think its a good card. I intent to use it for my online transactions (business), acquire a second one for all my home shopping (that one stays with mom and will be "fed" money monthly). For Nakumatt global card, its powered by DTB, top ups are done at any DTB branch or Nakumatt outlet. I have not tried the card but I tried Nation Hela which is still working under the same platform and had so many issues with registration alone leave. I finally gave upon them.
You can use coop, I like their services and you have an option to do my pesa to the card.
