Please call 710 it goes through not 111;

Have logged a complaint 6times and nothing has been done.

Been thinking of going legal - If I can get some nice "learned guys language" to press charges . In the line of disturbance and psychological tourture.

For the consumer insight guys is it not my right to choose what I want or better still opt out of a service I do not like MUST i be forced yawa I wonder...Like they say "... a wonderful world" full of stress I suppose. The bit I hate most is that they insist of telling you how much you have spend etc etc.
