A guy came in and said he wants to register his brother's number. 

 

All he had with him was the brothers phone number and ID number and he was able to register the phone.

 

Mind you, he didnt have the physical ID Number. He was reading it from the phone.

 

With the easy access to people's ID numbers and other details right now I fear crooks can use this route to register phone numbers to unsuspecting citizens.

 

Also, CCK should come up with a way through which users can confirm which phone numbers are registered to their ID.
