You might be probably writing back to an auto mailer. Try writing to their customer care.

Well, I've just about had it. My last reply to them was to the effect that I'll post every single email they send me from now henceforth, on social media. I'll post it on FB, tweet it, Instagram it, whatever. That way I may get their attention.

Let's see how this goes.
