IMHO I believe it should be possible - quite a lot of work has been done on mapping our roads and placing landmarks etc...
But I must confess I've never tried GPS navigation in Nai.....

I'm just wondering...is this also possible in Kenya (i.e. the voice
prompts and turn left, turn right thingy)...or does it need some
customised app for our kenyan roads?
