Another dude comes into the bedroom and sleeps with the lady.That is rape by deception because the lady was actually all along thinking it is the boyfriend (or who ever she agreed to go to the room with in the first place). In Kenya all men can be charged with rape by deception.Because guys pretend that they are loaded/moneyed when dating,after the first sexual encounter the lady finds out that you are a broke **** jama.That is rape by deception.
