[Skunkworks] ICT Board End of An Error

The ICT minister has dissolved 3 bodies handling ICT issues into one Authority to be known as ICT Authority. http://www.nation.co.ke/business/news/New+authority+to+improve+ICT+efficienc... ICTA now takes over the roles and resources previously held by the ICT Board of Kenya, the e-Government Directorate and the Government Information and Technology Services (GITS). As ICT Board tenure comes to an end can't help but wonder what can be listed as it's accomplishments, bar international trips to Silicon Valley, and Connected Govt conference?
