Good for YouTube and Vimeo (DailyMotion has had this for a while too). Besides Firefox, I wonder which other browsers support it (WebKit-based ones don't seem to, at least Chrome doesn't yet).
Nightly builds of WebKit have supported HTML5 media since late 2007 (http://webkit.org/blog/140/html5-media-support/) - should be been incorporated in Chrome. ~gms
