Minority Report .... I imagined this happening about 50-60 years from the time I watched "Minority Report" the movie - but this guy actually pulled it off !!! Was watching this TED clip last year with a few friends, and we kept wondering - 'what is going on in this guy's head?' About this having applications in Kenya... I see it as being for amusement <at first>,,, because, most of the program apps fetch alot of info from wireless internet which as we know, is relatively poor in Kenya when it comes to wireless. But there is a lot of code that can really be put to use - first and mostly: image processing, biometric recognition, and I think I see development of a game engine of sorts in there. I also see applications in presentations and even churches. Now that the preachers are going wireless sound; why not control a projector with gestures and illustrations ? == NOTE: despite their pretense, I think computer industry monguls <e.g steve jobs and bill gates> are watching the innovation carefully; it could be the future of computing e.g powerpoint and control apps Remember all patents become usable after a number of years.
