if the file name is noted say in the database you can delete the existing one then after uploading the new photo update the database or in a more flexible way is have the picture saved in the database instead of a folder therefore uploading a new picture means direct replacement of the picture in the database

I want to upload a photo to my database in such a way that i can see it when using any computer in the school different from the one i used to upload. i also want to be able to edit the photo(i.e, replace it with another one).
Currently, i can only see it when using the computer i used to upload the photo. If anyone knows how to do that, please help.
