While landing a man (or anything else) is a grand idea, couldn't we start smaller? Anyone remember Nyayo Pioneer? On Tue, Jan 8, 2013 at 5:30 PM, Odhiambo Washington <odhiambo@gmail.com>wrote:

Now as I was crawling in traffic, with that bad road leading from Nakumatt Ukay towards the Westlands roundabout, something crossed my mind. In 1969 was the Apollo 11 Launch. Questions:
1. What type of computers were the Americans using in 1969 which made them so confident to place a soul (not the American flag) on the moon? 2. Why the hell did they call it Apollo? And why 11 and not 1? 3. When did Kenya start using computers? <LOL> 4. What vision figure does Kenya attach to landing it's own man on the moon? Vision 7070, ama?
