Got a suggestion, 

Technologically speaking, is there a way ICT infrastructure can be designed in such a way that if i call 911 in chalbi deseart (on the same trip i intend to go on a LC and not be lion fodder) the call can be routed to the nearest police station, better still, how much would it cost the government to require all telephone providers to offer this as a free service in exchange for the loads of taxpayers money we pay?
