The biggest tragedy with Airtel, as MJ once noted, is the outsourcing of the Customer Care functions. The smiling/patient attendants you deal with are NOT Airtel employees. In most cases, they are not given any comprehensive training that ties up all the business workings of the company. It's just amazing that they have to attend to our issues despite all these shortcomings.
