The question is: Is it true that registered owner of .COM domain names with residency in Kenya can not sell domain names at profit to another person with residency in Kenya ? I was just trying to sell a .COM at profit on a group in Facebook and was told it is illegal unless you are a licensed whatever at KENIC I could understand for .KE cctld but really surprised that it applies to main ccTLD.
