I know quite a number of good developers, a few PSD=>(X)HTML/CSS/Javascript coders, and even fewer good graphic designers. Most guys in KE concentrate on PHP/ASP development and ignore html and photoshop for freecsstemplates.com and the like, I guess for economic reasons...
