Pardon me for being vague in the prior mail.
$ufcon are intending to release a branded phone called the s312 (a solar phone).
Apparently it can do 4 days standby but will essentially charge in sunlight even in cloudy conditions.
It has a color screen, don't know about a browser yet.
I googled solar mobile phones and found this.
