Anyway, IMO, there is no harm in people airing their views/opinions via any media, even using the web. So my take is that unless some criminal activity can be revealed from this website, there is no offence committed by just having it.
However, I'd like to say that whoever did this could have used his/her energies elsewhere. Whatever problem they have with Safaricom can be addressed another way.
