Well, I didn't know it was a rumour, I was recounting what I heard on TV in a channel that is more or less known to peddle facts, but like i said, I was still sleepy coz i had just woken up and thus, i may have heard my own things :-)

Relying on rumours is very dangerous. These companies want to make money without paying for a license, typical of Kenyan enterprises. Even our MPs don't pay tax. Let them pay USD 8Mil and stop crying.
