Hehehehe!  This caught my attention, as reported in print media : " We have already doubled our customers bandwidth speeds completely free of charge - effectively an immediate 50% discount in the price per Megabyte " said Mr Somen of AK.

Does this mean :

a) Double the speeds but same price?

b) 50% discount to whom? To ISP or End user?

c) Who decided for end users that they needed double bandwidth? Why not stay on the same package at half the price then?

If anyone is on the list using AK 1024k/1024k link, please share your monthly payment price for cost analysis.

So for example KDN offer uncontented Seacom 1024k/1024k @ 600usd/month, then a shared double bandwidth 2048k/2048k with access kenya should cost a maximum of 600USD/month. This should be the case. If you are paying higher, then you need do a cost analysis asap.

Pls share your monthly rates to allow for tabulation of real costs as they should be now.

Rgds.
