
Thats true. Their service delivery is based upon you paying on time. So they discontinue when you do not pay. I am not sure if there is a formal quitting, but that would be a bad choice, because if you quit and later discover you need the service back, you just cant M-Pesa and switch on your routers and decoder to get it back.
