how come this has never happened to me at Nakumatt, but saw it happen to someone at Uchumi - It is high time this next happens to you, just tell them you want your money back since they canīt give you change, and let them return all the things in your basket to the shelves - then go shop somewhere there is change - we need to do this for these guyz to learn that this has to stop.
