How many Kenyans are able to afford post pay. i think that is where the point is. Most users dont have guaranteed permanent income If one was to go by this reasoning, no one would be paying rent/power/water. It was easier to be on prepaid back in the day, so it became the norm. Additionally, prepaid is a particular pain in the backside, as you cannot call (most of the time) towards the end of the month. I noticed that flashbacks typically increase around this time...
