I am actually giving out my ideas to safaricom for free. Just emailed one idea last month and will do so next month.
One cannot patent a social innovation .
Also however great my idea is, it can only work on the m-pesa backbone.
you cannot patent a way of doing business. dnt waste time taking
safaricom to court. its a lost case.
