@chuks, 1 reason police dont use technology is that we wil no longer need to invest in them( or bribe them)<br><br>As for traffic lights, they like a system that isnt fair. For example, the ratio of minutes at Aerodrome Road/Uhuru Highway - Nyayo Round about/Uhuru Highway - Waiyaki Way at 6.20 am is 0 minutes/20 minutes/0 minutes /5 minutes) . If we deployed automated lights, police would loose the right to give preference to more privileged roads over less priveleged ones. Have u seen the way this guys work hard to over ride traffic lights where they exist instead of enforcing them. <br>
