Lookup Dell Management Console - You will have to configure one server with it, and you can do whatever you want to any server it is configured to work with. SSH is only helpful when you want to reboot a server, router or network device that is reachable. The point is to power cycle a device that has locked up or server that is non responsive by remotely flipping on and off the AC power source either via webbrwoser (IP based) or even via a phone call or sms.
