Hi I have someone in china who requires to send money frequently from China to kenya. Options that we have looked up Open an account from China and send Visa card so we can be doing withdrawals from this end. Challenge Its a very long and beuracratic process to get a visa card for foreigners in china. Western Union Tried but charges are extremely high. Can anyone offer an alternative solution. Regards;
