The Faculty of Information Technology will run a training course titled ‘Doing Business with Free and Open Source Software’. The course looks at how to build sustainable business around Free and Open Source Software in Kenya. The course will cover Open source software business models, general business skills, FOSS business knowledge and skills and will make use of practical case studies.

Target Audience for this training includes IT entrepreneurs, technology specialists, software developers, website developers, IT consultants, IT students and people interested in starting an IT business around Free and open source Software.
