James if I get you right, that service is available. A number (usually
a PABX) is set up in the HLR and the IN as well and ofcourse the
MSCs/MSSs. When you dial the number the HLR returns a msg with a flag
indicating n numbers are available for that number. so what happens is
that customers only have one number to dial but the number itself is
linked to other predefined numbers in a pool , so when the primary
number is not available it picks the next in the pool (defined in the
IN) and so on in a round robbin manner. but you have to pay of it
since its the same as a normal MTC.
