I have a situation where I have a 1Mbps symmetric link to share between 30 people. Assuming that these 30 people.<br>I&#39;d like to implement what I&#39;d refer to as FUP (Fair Usage Policy). If 30 people are connected, I&#39;d like each of them to get 1024/30 both ways. If 8 people are connected, let each one get 1024/8. If one person is connected, let the person get 1024/1 :-)<br>
